Traditional classical Yoga classes are 90 minute sessions that aim to improve overall health and wellness through physical postures, breathwork, and meditation techniques:
Each session will include the following practices:
- Vibrational initiation: the practice of raising one's vibrational frequency or energy level to align with positive emotions, thoughts, and experiences, often involving techniques like sound healing, chanting, or visualization, to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
- Asanas or flow: the physical postures or movements practiced in yoga, often performed in a sequence or flow, to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation, as well as to enhance mental clarity and focus.
- Breathwork: a practice that involves controlling and manipulating the breath to improve physical, mental, and emotional well-being, often used to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as to enhance creativity and focus.
- Yoga Nidra: a form of guided meditation or relaxation that leads the practitioner into a state of conscious deep sleep, where the body and mind can rejuvenate and heal, often used to reduce stress, insomnia, and other sleep-related issues, as well as to promote overall well-being and spiritual growth.
